​Palikū Prosthetics & Orthotics is proud to serve Maui County from our office at 360 Ho‘ohana Street, Suite 105A, Kahului, HI 96732. As Maui’s first full-time orthotics and prosthetics facility, we provide comprehensive prosthetic and orthotic care, including diabetic shoes and custom inserts, supported by a full on-site fabrication lab. This allows us to custom design, manufacture, fit, and adjust devices right here on Maui. Patients are treated directly by an experienced practitioner, providing personalized care, consistent follow-up, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of Maui County and our island communities.

 

To expand access throughout Maui County, Palikū provides mobile satellite services on Lānaʻi and Molokaʻi, bringing prosthetic and orthotic care directly to these rural communities. Our team travels to the neighbor islands to provide evaluations, fittings, adjustments, follow-up care, and other services closer to where our patients live—reducing the need for patients to travel to Maui or Oʻahu to receive specialized prosthetic and orthotic care.

With faster turnaround times, precise fittings, same-day modifications, and mobile neighbor-island services, our team is committed to helping patients restore mobility, comfort, and confidence throughout Maui County.
